My Take on Power Rangers: MMPR
The first episode would have a monster attacking the city. Jason and Trini, who are on a field trip together, fight it. During the fight, they are somehow given the strength to defeat the monster. They get teleported to the command center and are informed that an evil witch has returned from exile. They are given the red and yellow powers.
Throughout the course of the next few episodes, Kimberly, Zack, and Billy would get their powers and join the team. After they all get their powers, they would be given the megazord. Then there would be a few character building episodes. Eventually, Green With Evil would begin.
Tommy would meet them the same way he did in the actual show (at a martial arts competition.) He would be chosen by Rita to be her ranger. He is given the powers and trashes the command center. When he faces the rangers, he almost kills them. He decides to try to take them out, one by one. Tommy asks Kimberly out and ends up luring her into a trap, on the date. Tommy tortures her. Somehow, the other rangers find Kimberly and save her.
Tommy is given the Dragonzord and the sword of darkness. The whole fight on the beach thing happens and Tommy is turned to good. The spell is gone and he joins the team.
Throughout the next few episodes, Tommy becomes a sort of rockstar (in the sense that he does a lot of show-offy stuff in fights and gets the job done.) Zordon decides to strip him of his powers and bestow them upon Jason. Jason gets the shield and weapons.
Eventually, the rangers are in trouble and Tommy jumps into the battle and fights. He almost dies, before being teleported to the command center. He finds out that he saved the rangers and Jason asks Zordon if he can give Tommy his powers back.
Then some more character building episodes, followed by Tommy losing his powers because of the green candle. Rita celebrates her victory, only to be visited by her boss, Lord Zedd. Lord Zedd informs her that she had many chances to destroy the rangers, but failed. He decides to take it from there. He kills Rita and tells her workers that he has a plan.
(Also: Bulk and Skull have the same character development for the first 4 seasons as they do in the actual show.)
